1. Who we are

Cailin Connex provides a free ATS resume check and analysis, ATS-optimised resume upgrades, and (for candidates who opt in) matching and introductions to recruiters. Our contact email is recruitment@cailinconnex.com.au.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting us — see section 9 for what happens to your data.

3. What is free

Uploading your resume, building a resume from your details, running the ATS check, and viewing your ATS score and analysis are all free. You only pay when you want the improved, ATS-optimised resume produced.

4. One-Off plan — $24.99 AUD

• The one-off purchase gives you one complete resume optimisation for the job ad or role it was created for.
• Once generated, you can view, reopen, and download that optimised resume as many times as you like — you are never charged again for it.
• If the generation fails for a technical reason, you are not charged — the purchase only counts as used once a completed optimised resume has been successfully produced and saved.
• A new optimisation for a different job ad or role requires another purchase, unless you have an active monthly subscription or are an administrator.
• The one-off purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.

5. Monthly plan — $14.99 AUD per month

• The monthly plan gives you unlimited resume optimisations while your subscription is active.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — no refund is issued for the current period.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your subscription ends.
• Monthly members are also included in the Cailin Connex talent pool and put in front of recruiters.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) in Australian dollars. All prices include applicable taxes where required. We never see or store your card details. Your payment is confirmed by our payment provider before access is granted.

7. Refunds

Because the free ATS check lets you see exactly what you are buying before you pay, and optimised resumes are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period with no refund for time already used, as set out in section 5. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law — if a service we provide is not delivered with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy.

8. Acceptable use

• Only upload resumes and details that are your own, and only provide information that is true and accurate. Resumes produced by the platform are based on the details you provide — you are responsible for their accuracy.
• Do not use the platform to misrepresent qualifications, tickets or licences you do not hold.
• Do not attempt to scrape, resell, or extract data from the platform, or use it to spam, harass or contact candidates or recruiters outside the intended introduction process.
• Recruiter access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if misused. Candidate contact details remain protected until a candidate agrees to an introduction.

9. Your data and privacy

How we collect, use, store and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Closing your account does not delete previously generated resumes from your records automatically — contact us if you would like your data removed.

10. No employment guarantee

Cailin Connex helps present your experience at its best and connects you with opportunities. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, placements, or any particular outcome from using the platform or an optimised resume.

11. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms or change the service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms. If you have an active paid plan, price or plan changes will not apply mid-period.
